Rheumatology Service

The rheumatology physiotherapy service sees patients who have conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spondlyoarthopathy, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Lupus, Scleroderma, Fibromyalgia, foot pain and patients referred from rheumatology clinic with musculoskeletal  problems.

The role of the physiotherapist:

Working with patients to improve their function and manage their condition through education and a tailored exercise program. Phone, Video and face to face appointment available.

Access to the service:

 Outpatient service. Referrals from rheumatology clinic  in  CUH, GP referrals not accepted.Patients seen in St Catherine’s convent or CUH physiotherapy department.
