Our Structure

We are structured in a matrix fashion, as outlined in the diagram below. We have Strategic Corporate Departments, Site Leadership Teams, and our Clinical Services which are divided into both Directorates (which manage individual specialities and departments across our sites) and Pathways (such as Emergency Care, Elective Care, Cancer Care, Integrated Care and Ireland South which involves reconfiguration and networked services) which span all directorates.
