CUH Neurology Academic and Research Activities

Teaching and education is integral to the department. UCC Medical students rotate through the Department of Neurology and teaching is given to interns, senior house officers, registrars, nursing staff and allied support services. The department has responsibility for the training of three specialist registrars in neurology who rotate on a national training programme. International Guest speakers regularly attend our Clinical Neuroscience Meeting. 

Research 

We have a vibrant research programme in the CUH Neurology group, with collaborative links with the UCC Neuroscience groups, as well as international research groups.
