S = Senior Review each morning

A = All patients have a Planned Date of Discharge (PDD)

F = Flow to wards early each morning

E = Early discharge aimed for 11am

R = Review of patients > 14 days in the hospital

The implementation of the SAFER patient flow bundle, as part of Project Flow 2018, is continuing on wards in the hospital.
