How We Are Doing
As part of implementing the #SAFER plan, CUH I.T. department have successfully developed a ward dashboard displaying data. Proof that teamwork works!

Dave (Information Analyst), Ger (I.T. Project Manager) Aileen (CNM2) and Damian (Unscheduled Care Lead) #pf18cuh
We are improving, as can be seen from the data contained here. We are aiming to communicate this data in a more frequent and meaningful way to all staff over the coming months.
We are constantly measuring patient experience times (PET) for those patients admitted and those patients who come to the emergency department but don’t end up being admitted (non admitted PET), trolleyGAR (green, amber, red) figures and many more statistics.
The improvements in these times and therefore improved experience for the patient is as a direct result of dedicated staff working together.
PF Data
For this year we aim to communicate data re flow more effectively at hospital level and PFdata will be the means to make sure this data is more user friendly for all staff.
